Dragon Ball Super

The Dragon Ball series is one of the most successful anime series to be ever produced. One of the reasons why the series has always garnered a lot of fans is due to it’s over the top battles and powerful villains. Some Villains were more powerful than others and stood out from the crowd. So, here is a list of the top ten strongest villains in Dragon Ball Super as of 2019.

Dragon Ball Super: The Top Ten Strongest Villains [2019]

10. Perfect Cell

Dragon Ball Super

Perfect Cell may not be as much of a popular villain as Frieza or Buu but he was a very unique and strong opponent. Created by merging the DNA of the strongest fighters amongst the Z-warriors, Cell was the perfect killing machine. His imperfect form may not have been too much of a deal but when he finally reached his final form, he set the entire world on fire. Perfect Cell was so powerful that even the Saiyans couldn’t fight him. Only when Gohan was able to unlock Super Saiyan 2 were they able to defeat him.

9. Majin Vegeta

Dragon Ball Super

Although Vegeta may be a good guy know, some of his best moments and fights come from when he was Villain. When Vegeta finally gets a chance to fight Goku after he returns from the afterlife, he can’t stand the fact the even in death Goku has gotten stronger than him. He allows Babidi to take control of him in exchange for more power. With his newfound power, Majin Vegeta takes on Goku one last time. Their battle is evenly matched and at one-point, Majin Vegeta overpowers Goku and takes the victory.

8. Kid Buu

Dragon Ball Super

Probably one the most disappointing villains on this list, Kid Buu is still one of the most powerful villains to ever appear in Dragon Ball. He is the only villains to successfully blow up the earth, something which many foes have tried time and time again. Both SSJ2 and SSJ3 were unable to defeat him

7. Zamasu

Dragon Ball Super

A future candidate for the position of Supreme Kai of Universe 10, Zamasu was not really a great fighter or even physically strong in any way. But what made him stand out was his extraordinary genius and commitment to regulate mortals. His conflict with Goku led him to go on an evil path where he ended up becoming immortal and hence unbeatable.

6. Hit

Dragon Ball Super

The legendary assassin from Universe 6, Hit has a reputation for being one the strongest fighters in his Universe. His Time-Skip technique and ability to drastically improve mid-battle makes him a deadly opponent. Goku acknowledges him as one the strongest opponent he’s ever fought and that’s saying a lot.

5. Golden Frieza

Dragon Ball Super

The most infamous villain in Dragon Ball is and will always be Frieza. That being said Frieza made his comeback in Dragon Ball Super where he explained how he had never trained a single day in his life. With some days in training, he was able to unlock his Golden Frieza form which was strong enough to take on SSJB. Imagine if Frieza started to train like Goku and Vegeta, his power would be incredible.

4. Goku Black

Dragon Ball Super

Probably the best villain to appear in Dragon Ball Super, Goku Black was a fan favorite not only for his resemblance with Goku but also for his incredible strength and Power. He is actually the aforementioned Zamasu who stole Goku’s body by traveling into the future. With Goku’s Saiyan abilities and his own Immortal powers, Goku Black is totally unbeatable. Only Zen-oh the literal God in Dragon Ball was able to defeat him.

3. God of Destruction Toppo

Dragon Ball Super

During the tournament of Power, many fans were surprised to see the justice-loving Toppo attempting to destroy Frieza. It was soon revealed that Toppo is, in fact, the selected candidate to become the next God of Destruction for Universe 11. With his ability to control god Ki, Toppo was able to give SSJB Vegeta a hard time in battle. He still lacks in many combat skills. Who knows how strong he might get when he finally learns to properly wield his powers.

2. Moro

Dragon Ball Super

If your following along with the Dragon Ball Super Manga than you may already know who Moro is. He is the latest villain to appear in the Manga and probably one the deadliest yet. Not only has he single-handedly managed to crush Goku and Vegeta, but he also has the magical ability to drain his opponent’s energy and convert it into his own. With this endless supply of energy Moro is one the strongest villains Goku and Vegeta have faced so far.

1. Jiren

Dragon Ball Super

At the current point in the series, there is no mortal in the entire series stronger than Jiren. Both SSJB Goku and Vegeta were unable to impress him and even when Goku unlocked his Ultra Instinct form, Jiren was still able to overpower him. Before the tournament of Power, there was a rumor that a mortal existed somewhere who was stronger than a God of Destruction. During the TOP Whis confirmed that the rumor was true and Jiren was indeed that mortal.
