Dragon Ball Super: Artist Imagines God of Destruction Goku

God of Destruction

With rumors surrounding the return of Dragon Ball Super, Fans are eagerly waiting for an official announcement from Toei. Meanwhile, many fans are speculating what the upcoming series could be about. Many fan theories have surfaced, not to mention the theory of Goku and Vegeta achieving divinity. Some fans have already started making some impressive artwork that imagines God of Destruction Goku and Angel Vegeta. Here’s one that many fans are backing up to be the most authentic.

Take a look at what God of Destruction Goku and Angel Vegeta would look like

This piece of art was made by the artist KSK. He is famous for displaying the more impressive Dragon Ball art out there. He first posted a sketch showing how Vegeta would look like in an angelic form. Followed by this post adding God of Destruction Goku as well. Fans are already making alternate versions of this art. Imagining the two Saiyan’s in different transformations. The Super Saiyan 4 versions are particularly appealing to many fans who have been waiting for this form to be made canon.

On a more serious note, such a development in the series wouldn’t be a surprise. The DBS manga has already introduced a new villain named Moro, who is able to drain the energy from the Saiyans. Without their ability to transform Goku and Vegeta will have to find a new source of Power. It’s very likely that this new source could be divine powers as exhibited by the God of Destruction Beerus and his angel Whis. Goku and Vegeta have already advanced so much that they will soon be breaking into God-Tier power levels. This is something that the spin-off series, Dragon Ball Heroes, is now exploring.

One major criticism fans pointed at the art was that the roles should have been reversed. Goku should have been serving as an angel and Vegeta as the Destroyer. It all depends on how you view the two characters and then compare them to the duo of Beerus and Whis.
